Custom Built Design & Remodeling Terms Of Service

Custom Built Inc provides home remodeling, construction, and design-build services. All estimates, consultations, and project agreements are subject to specific written contracts which will supersede these general terms in the event of a conflict.

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Custom Built Inc through our website forms or chat widget, you agree to the following terms:

  • Program Description & Message Types: You will receive transactional and promotional SMS messages regarding your project inquiries, quote responses, appointment reminders, scheduling, project status updates, and occasional follow-ups or special offers related to our remodeling services.
  • Age Limit: By subscribing to our SMS program, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
  • Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel or unsubscribe from the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to any message we send. After sending STOP, we will send a single confirmation SMS confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive text messages from us. 4. User Representations
