Custom Built Design & Remodeling Terms Of Service

Welcome to Custom Built. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, https://callcustombuilt.com (the "Site"), and any services, products, or communications provided by Custom Built (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing our Site or opting into our communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or Services.

1. Services Provided

Custom Built provides home remodeling, construction, and design-build services. All estimates, consultations, and project agreements are subject to specific written contracts which will supersede these general terms in the event of a conflict.

2. SMS Terms of Service

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Custom Built, you agree to the following:

  • Message Types: You will receive SMS messages regarding project updates, appointment reminders, scheduling, and occasional promotional offers or follow-up inquiries related to our services.
  • Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to any message we send. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.
  • Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@callcustombuilt.com  or (517) 881-9871.
  • Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
  • Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your project status and engagement with our site.
  • Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

By using this Site, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal capacity to comply with these Terms.
  • You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
