Christine Gauthier

Before joining her first design-build firm, Christine studied at the University of Michigan, where she received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Architecture from the prestigious Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning.

Since then, for the past 10 years, Christine has honed her remodeling design skillset at design-build firms in Oregon and Michigan.

With a focus on custom homes, full interior remodels, and landscape design she has garnered hundreds of projects under her belt - each contributing to her nuanced and successful approach to Custom Built's services.

As the Lead Designer, Christine is responsible for creating initial design concepts and floor plans, curating selections, and developing detailed construction documents. Her role is pivotal in transforming clients' visions into beautifully crafted realities.

Christine is deeply passionate about Custom Built's mission to help the community. This dedication influences her day-to-day approach, ensuring that every design not only meets the clients' needs but also contributes positively to the community.

Originally from Pinckney, Michigan, Christine now resides in South Carolina. In her free time, she enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, including hiking, kayaking, and gardening. These hobbies not only provide relaxation but also inspire her creativity and design work.
