Our “Lifetime Workmanship Warranty” is your coverage against workmanship or installation errors that might have occurred during the construction process. If there are ever any issues related to workmanship, Custom Built will stand by our warranty to make it right. 

Yes. We can provide a copy of our current license and certificate of insurance upon request.

It is the policy of Custom Built Design & Remodeling to provide all necessary permits according to local zoning and planning regulations.

Construction time varies depending on the design and size of your project. Most of our deck projects are completed within three to ten business days. It is our policy at Custom Built to stay on your project until completion and before starting additional work.
