Let’s Discuss Your Projects and Ideas!
Give us a call or send us an email using our Contact Form and tell us about the project(s) you have in mind.  We are here to help and would love to hear from you.

Initial Conversation with your Project Development Advisor
After we receive your information, your Project Development Advisor will reach out to schedule a call with you. A time connect, dive into greater detail of your, and see if we are a good fit for your project.

DREAM

The In-Home Design Consultation
At this meeting we will:

  • Ask you questions and listen to your needs and desires for your new project
  • Gather preliminary measurements and photos of your existing space
  • Provide you with some design and layout suggestions
  • Outline our process

The Showroom Consultation

  • Review and confirm an overview of your project
  • Establish your proposed budget range
  • Discuss project timeline

Getting The Project Started
At this point, if you choose to move forward with Custom Built, we will collect a 10% deposit and you’ll sign your project development agreement.

* In some cases, a complex design & remodel project will require us to spend some extra time preparing your guaranteed price range and we’ll schedule a follow-up meeting. If that is the case, you will be communicated with up front.

DESIGN

Home Assessment

This meeting will take place in your home. Our design team will gather all final measurements and information needed for your project.

Design Review
It’s time to see your vision come to life! During this meeting, we will:

  • Review your project in a 3d rendering format.
  • Decide on the best layout for your space
  • Finalize your product selections including colors, finishes, fixtures, etc..

Fixed Price Agreement
During this meeting, our focus is to confirm and sign your project:

  • Scope of work
  • Material drop form
  • Conceptual plans
  • Final product selections
  • Construction agreement

Final Construction Plans

The final part to your design phase is reviewing and signing your construction plans. These plans will be the blueprint of your project!

What’s Next?
We will place material orders, apply for permits, create your project schedule, coordinate contractors, and schedule your pre-construction meeting.

BUILD

Here We Go!
Congratulations! It’s build time. The start of a rewarding journey.

We will kick off this phase with a pre-construction meeting. A time for you to meet and connect with your project managers, discuss specific project details, set expectations on project duration, and of course begin construction!

 

What’s Next?
After construction is complete (that timeframe varies greatly based on project type), you will have two final walk throughs:

Both are in place to ensure all outstanding issues or concerns are addressed!
